Danesha Jackson

Danesha Jackson, 36, of Paris passed away September 4, 2021, at Paris Regional Medical Center. Memorial services are set for 1:00 pm Saturday, September 18, 2021, in Maxey Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Larry Dixon will serve as eulogist. 

Danesha R. Jackson was born on November 3, 1984 in Palestine, Texas to Dan Ray Moten and Ada Owens. She was raised in the community of Cayuga and attended Cayuga ISD where she played basketball, volleyball and ran track. Danesha accepted Christ at an early age, and was a faithful member of Bethel Baptist Church. She moved to Paris, Texas and was blessed to have one daughter and two sons with their father, Chadric Dixon. Danesha was an awesome mother and was loved throughout the Paris community. On September 4, 2021 in Paris, Texas, Danesha went home to be with her Heavenly Father. She was preceded in death by her Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.

Loved ones who remain: Mother Ada Owens and her Father Dan R. Moten both of Palestine, TX. Daughter, Hope Dixon of Paris, TX; Two Sons, Chadric and Chase Dixon both of Paris, TX. Sister, Dana R. Owens of Palestine, TX; Two Brothers, Damon Jackson of Houston and Wavon Owens of Palestine, TX. A special friend Brynner Novas, and a host of other relatives and friends.
