Dwayne Leroy Fisher, 60, of Paris entered eternal rest on February 9, 2021. Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 PM Saturday, February 20, 2021, at Freedom Tabernacle Church of God In Christ. Supt. Bruce Rollerson, Pastor and Eulogist. Interment will follow to Fairland Cemetery under the direction of Maxey Funeral Home.
Dwayne Leroy Fisher was born September 7, 1960 to the parentage of the late Jimmy and Mary Brooks Fisher. He attended school at Jordan High School. He was a former manager at Church’s Chicken for three years and a former employee of Pilgrim’s Pride, and We Pack. He retired from Turner Pipe in 2019. He attended Church at Freedom Tabernacle Church Of God In Christ under the leadership of Supt. Bruce Rollerson and Missionary Gloria Rollerson.

Council of Dallas, Texas; daughters, Montoya Council of Paris, Texas, Marissia Council and Madelyn Council of Dallas, Texas; sisters, Greta Fisher of Paris, Texas, Patricia Yvonne Jones of Paris, Texas, Ann Parker of Alexandria, Louisiana; brothers, Kevin Thomas, Greg Fisher of Los Angeles, California, Paul Jones of Los Angeles, California, Del Ray Jones and wife, Debbie of Houston, Texas, Eric Jones and wife, Sharon Jones of Paris, Texas; aunts, Lana Turner of Paris, Texas and Wilma Brooks of Dallas, Texas; uncles, Elmo Brooks and Ricky Brooks of Paris, Texas; father-in-law, Mr. Curtis and Jonnie Mae Ainsworth of Paducah, Texas. Also a host of in-laws, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Tyrone.
