His Life Story Leon McCleary was born October 17, 1950, to the parentage of the late Jimmie McCleary and Magnolia Lane. He had unconditional love for his family and friends. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. He entered eternal rest on March 9, 2021.

Loved Ones Who Remain Loving wife, Ester McCleary. Sons: Ponce D. McCleary, Jr. and Avery Minor. Daughters: Thawun and Shawun Minor McCleary. Siblings: Darnell Wagner, Earnest McCleary, Lottie McCleary, Linda Burns, Virginia Jones, and Frankie Porter. Also ten grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Ruby Thomas, and brothers, Jimmy McCleary, Word Edwards, and Leon McCleary
