Pamela Minor Obituary

Pamela Joyce Minor-Wise, 50, of Paris departed this life on December 20, 2021, at Paris Regional Medical Center. Funeral Services are set for 1:00 pm Monday, December 27, 2021, at Hospitality Church of God In Christ with Elder John Flowers serving as eulogist and pastor. Interment will follow to Littlejohn Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday, December 26th in Maxey Funeral Chapel from 5 to 6 pm

Pamela Joyce Minor-Wise, born April 13th, 1971, to the parents of Charles (Crook) Ladell and Mary Flowers. She was a proud member of Hospitality Church of God in Christ, where she served in the soprano section of the choir. She also enjoyed singing gospel songs and playing the tambourine during church service. She assisted in many areas of the church such as working with the youth, filling in as a Sunday school teacher and program director of the 100 Women in Red. She loved serving and supporting her church. 

Pam attended Paris High school in the 80s in which she also welcomed her first beautiful baby girl. She was a loving and caring mother who would always extend a helping hand to people. During her younger school age years, she participated on the cheerleading team in Longview, TX.

Pam was a dedicated worker in a variety of fast-food restaurants such as El Chico, Burger King and Whataburger. She also worked at Paris Industry, We Pack and a variety of nursing home facilities. In her spare time, she liked volunteering for local charity organizations such as Christians in Action, The Salvation Army and many more.  

She was remarkably loved and will be dearly missed by her family, friends, and community. She leaves to cherish her memories, 3 daughters, Jennifer and husband Jeremy Nickerson of Dallas, TX, JeNesha Tyson of Commerce, TX, LaShadria Minor of Dallas, TX, mother, Mary Flowers of Paris, TX, 2 brothers, Malcolm and Tamika Flowers of Sulphur Springs, TX, John and Meagan Flowers of Paris, TX, 1 sister, Rebekah Flowers of Paris, TX: host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Terrilynn Tyson, father, Charles (Crook) Ladell, grandparents, Clarence and Opal Minor, step grandmother Georgia Lee, Luther (Luke) and Marie (Wiley) Ladell, brother, Daniel Flowers.
