Ruby Mims, 55, of Hugo, Oklahoma departed this life on November 27, 2021, at Paris Regional Medical Center. Funeral services are set 2:00 pm Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at New Olive Baptist Church with the Rev. S. F. Evans serving as eulogist. Alberta Funeral Home is in charge of services.
