Ruby Lee Thomas

Ruby Lee Thomas, 79, of Paris entered eternal rest January 7, 2021. Funeral services are scheduled for 12 Noon Monday, January 11, 2021 at Solid Rock Baptist Church with the Rev. Darnell Wagner serving as eulogist and the Rev. Lance Mann, Pastor. Interment will follow to Restlawn Garden Cemetery under the direction of Maxey Funeral Home.

Ruby Lee Thomas was born November 26, 1941, to the parentage of Jimmy McCleary and Magnolia Lane. She was a faithful member of Wayside Church of God In Christ. A retiree of Paris Independent School District after many years of employment.

Sons: Jerry Cooper and wife, Loretta of Mansfield, Texas, Perry Thomas and wife, Jennifer of Grand Prairie, Texas, John Thomas and Machemia of Mansfield, Texas; daugher, Patricia Lewis of Paris; brothers, The Rev. Darnell Wagner and wife, Rosalind of Sherman, Texas, Ernest McCleary of Paris, Leon McCleary and wife Esther of Denton, Texas; sisters, Linda Burns and husband, Michael of Paris, Frankie Porter of Paris, Lottie McCleary and Virginia Jones of San Antonio, Texas. Also, a host of grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
