Wanda Woodson

Wanda Woodson, 65, of Paris entered eternal rest on July 20, 2022. Funeral services are scheduled for 12 Noon on July 30, 2022, at Solid Rock Baptist Church. The Rev. Floyd Trotter will serve as eulogist. Interment will follow to Restlawn Garden Cemetery under the direction of Maxey Funeral Home.

She was born May 20, 1957, to the parentage of the late Daisy Woodson Booker and Ernest James Lyons. She attended Paris public schools and Paris Junior College. She was employed for twenty years at Paris Lumber & Building Center. She was an usher at Solid Rock Baptist Church and served on the Mission Board. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Children: Toby Woodson, Chastity Woodson, Daidra Woodson.

Sisters: Barbara Booker, Stephanie Booker, Yonde Kyles (Clifton), Kiki Lyons, Mildred Warmsley Taylor, Vanessa Warmsley Pinkins.

Sister-in-law: Sherri Carlisle Booker 

Aunt: Mae Dell Furtch 

Grandchildren: Shundarrious Woodson, Summer Woodson. 

Great-grandchildren: Kinslee Council, Autumn Green, Xureila Woodson.

Also, a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. 

She was preceded in death by her parents Daisy & Gene Booker and Ernest James Lyons and brother Stacy Booker,
